What your online store includes
Product catalogue structure
We organise your products into clear categories and subcategories, making it easy for customers to browse and find what they are looking for.
Payment integration
We integrate Maksekeskus (all Estonian bank links), Stripe, PayPal and other payment methods your customers actually use in the Estonian and Baltic markets.
Delivery and shipping setup
We configure delivery methods, shipping cost calculations and pickup point integration — SmartPost, Omniva, DPD — and any region-specific shipping rules.
Mobile shopping experience
Over half of online purchases happen on mobile. We design and test the entire checkout flow on phones and tablets to ensure a frictionless experience.
Admin panel
A straightforward back-end interface where you can add and edit products, manage stock levels, process orders and adjust pricing without technical knowledge.
Search and filters
Customers can search by keyword and filter by size, colour, price range or category. Good filtering dramatically reduces time to find the right product.
Inventory management
Stock levels update automatically when orders are placed. You can set low-stock alerts and hide out-of-stock items from the catalogue if needed.
SEO-optimised from day one
Product pages, category pages and metadata are structured for search engines so your store can rank in Google and attract organic traffic without paid ads.
Who is this for
Businesses starting online sales
You have been selling offline or through marketplaces and want your own store where you control the customer experience and keep more of the margin.
Physical stores going online
You have an established brick-and-mortar business and want to reach customers beyond your physical location — particularly relevant in the growing Estonian market.
Craftspeople and independent sellers
Handmade goods, specialty food, design items — we have built stores for many makers and small producers who want a storefront that reflects the quality of their work.
Service businesses selling online
Online courses, digital downloads, gift vouchers, event tickets — e-commerce functionality applies to services and digital products just as much as physical goods.
Stores ready to scale
Whether you start with 20 products or 2 000, we build the architecture to scale. Adding new categories or features later should not require a full rebuild.
E-commerce development process
Consultation
We discuss your products, target customers, competitors and expected order volume. We establish what payment methods and delivery options you need.
Catalogue structure
We plan the product hierarchy — categories, attributes, variants — and agree on how products will be imported or entered into the system.
Design and development
We design the storefront with conversion in mind — homepage, category pages, product pages, cart and checkout. Once approved, development begins.
Payment and shipping integration
We connect your chosen payment providers, configure shipping methods and rates, set up tax rules and test every combination thoroughly.
Testing the checkout flow
End-to-end testing: adding products to cart, applying discount codes, completing payment, receiving confirmation emails, triggering order notifications.
Launch and training
We go live, monitor the store for issues in the first 24–48 hours and provide a training session so you are confident managing the store independently.
Why our online stores perform
Custom design for conversion
No generic templates. Layout decisions, button placement and trust signals are all designed to reduce hesitation and encourage purchases.
Fast loading speed
A one-second delay in page load can reduce conversions by several percent. We optimise every aspect of performance because slow stores lose sales.
Secure checkout
HTTPS, PCI-compliant payment handling and data protection best practices throughout — your customers can safely enter card details.
Scalable as you grow
We build the architecture to scale from day one. Adding new product lines, features or integrations later should not require a complete rebuild.
Frequently asked questions
Which payment systems do you support?
For the Estonian and Baltic market we most commonly integrate Maksekeskus, which provides access to all major Estonian bank links (SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank and others) as well as card payments. We also work with Stripe for international card processing and PayPal where required.
How much does an online store cost?
A straightforward online store with up to 50–100 products and standard payment and shipping setup typically starts from around 2 000–3 000€. Stores with large catalogues, multiple integrations or custom functionality will be priced higher. We provide a detailed written quote after an initial consultation.
Can I add and manage products myself after launch?
Yes — this is an important part of how we build every store. The admin panel is designed for non-technical users. You can add products, update prices, manage stock and process orders without touching code. We include a practical training session at launch.
How long does it take to build an online store?
A standard e-commerce build takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the initial brief to launch. The timeline depends on the number of products, the complexity of integrations and how quickly product information and images are provided. We agree on a realistic timeline at the start.
